Just ok

It smells AMAZING, but tastes a little bitter. I did however use a vitamix to grind the beans, as I do not have a coffee grinder. So not sure if that affected it.

For example, finer or uneven grind sizes may cause over-extraction of the coffee, which causes the bitter bite that you might have experienced.
