Please allow online gift codes to be usable in stores
I ordered a gift code online with the hopes of being able to give it to a friend to use in store. It took nearly a full day for me to receive the code (that was the first issue) and once I received it, I realized it cannot be used to purchase coffee in a store. That was the bigger issue. Fortunately, this issue was quickly resolved with a phone call from customer support. I appreciated this. However, please find a way to allow for online gift code purchases to be used in store as soon as possible. This could only benefit your company. Thank you!
