Shipping and Returns

Free shipping on U.S. subscription orders or on all orders of $35 or more.

Whole Beans

We strive to provide the freshest roasted coffee beans for customers’ enjoyment. Due to our roasting schedule, all orders will ship within two to four business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Allow additional days in transit for delivery.

All Other Products

Orders received after noon (PST) will not ship until the next business day. If the next business day is a holiday or a weekend, your order will ship the following business day.

Shipping Confirmation

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Once shipped, delivery can take up to five business days, depending on the carriers you selected or your location (Hawaii and Alaska will have longer delivery lead times.). We are not able to ship to APO addresses.

You'll receive an email confirmation with a clickable tracking number. You may also track your order by signing into your account.


Return Policy


At Reborn Coffee, our goal is to provide our customers with higher standard service, amazing coffee, and the highest quality of goods. 

We are at our best to meet our customers' highest expectations. 

If you are not satisfied with your Reborn Coffee Product purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at We’ll do our best to make your experience at Reborn satisfactory. 

Please note that we can not accept returns or refund on coffee due to its perishable nature. Our return policy pertains strictly to merchandise.

In order to claim and get compensation, customers should meet the requirements as follows:

1. Items must be unopened and have original status in their original packaging.

2. We are not liable for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in-transit.

3. Please keep your proof of postage and/or 'return tracking number' 

4. All returns must include an order packing slip

5. Any defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Reports are to be made by emailing with a photo fully showing the original package.
