Abana Translates to “our fathers” (Arabic), They are paying homage to the deep roots, rich heritage and origins of wild arabica coffee that traces to the heart of Ethiopia.
All Abana's coffees are grown and processed at the farm (Abana Coffee Estate). Ethiopia has a rich variety of unique heirloom varietals. Each lot is hand sorted multiple times and processed with attention to detail. Their hulling is completed locally, all sorting and milling is completed to Grade 1 in Addis Ababa where all coffees are hand sorted to remove any remaining defects.
Wow Wow Wow, the aroma and taste of this specialty coffee is a testament to the expert selection and roasting of these Ethiopian Ginjo beans. The aroma was so fragrant when we received the package we thought that one of the bags had broken during shipment but to our surprise that was not the case. The flavor is very fruity and crisp. Our friends were amazed at the uniqueness of this brew. Well done Reborn Coffee, you kicked it up a couple of notches with this one.

Ethiopia | Ginjo - Pour Over
Reborn did it again with a great release! I did pour over using 4-6 method, 20g of beans and 300g of water. The coffee came out with citrus aroma and honey taste.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a light roast coffee!
